LATE FEE: There will be a $50 charge for entries received after May 1st There will be a $10 per change fee for changes made after May 12th |

INCOMPLETE Corrected or additional information may be submitted concerning entries OR INCORRECT on or before May 12. |

After May 12, information may be corrected for a charge of $10.00 per correction |

RULES: Senior Elite and Junior Elite: Rules from the current FIG Code of Points, plus USAG T&T exceptions (including warm-up rules) will be used. |
|
Level 5 - 10: Rules from the current Jr. Olympic Code of Points will be used. |
ELIGIBLE Currently-registered USAG T&T athletes, Levels 4 through Sr. Elite. |
|
COACHES Coaches, judges and officials who are currently-registered Professional & OFFICIALS: Members will be issued credentials. |

· Coaches must be Level 1 or above and must register on the official Entry Form. Only 2 coaches per team will be issued credentials. No charge for coach’s registration. · Judges must have a rating as designated by the Technical Committee. See Judge's Request for Assignment. |
